GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support a TSA Focus contract. The role is fully remote across the United States and requires senior leadership of a multidisciplinary project team delivering IT services to a large user community.

The position emphasizes integrated planning, budget and schedule control, and proactive issue resolution to meet productivity and client-satisfaction goals. Clear communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 15+ years leadership in large IT environments.
• Experience managing agency-wide IT support contracts and large user communities.
• Experience with DHS/TSA clearance or ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated project plans for contract deliverables and product development.
• Lead a multidisciplinary project team and manage schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure delivery against objectives.
• Coordinate vendor tasks and review deliverables for quality and timelines.
• Conduct project meetings and provide tracking, analysis, and reporting.
