Job summary

GovCIO is hiring a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. The position is fully remote within the United States and reports to a Program Manager.

You will lead cross-functional teams, define project plans, monitor progress, and ensure delivery quality and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 15+ years of experience leading large agency IT user support, a US citizenship clearance, and a track record of managing budgets, schedules, and vendor integration.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience leading the user support function of a large agency-wide IT support contract that serves a user community of 80K agency personnel.
• Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
• Generally reports to a Program Manager.
