Job summary

GovCIO is recruiting a Regional Service Delivery Manager to oversee delivery for a TSA-focused program. The role is fully remote within the United States and requires leading cross-functional project teams, maintaining schedules, and ensuring contract goals are met.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and 15+ years of experience in agency IT support leadership, with US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance. The position offers a competitive salary and comprehensive perks.

Qualifications

• 15 years experience leading the user support function of a large agency-wide IT support contract that serves a user community of 80K agency personnel
• Clearance Required: US citizenship is required to attain and maintain a DHS/TSA clearance
• Bachelor's with 15+ years (or commensurate experience)

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
• Generally reports to a Program Manager.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
