Job summary

GovCIO is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. The role is fully remote within the United States and reports to a Program Manager.

The candidate will lead integrated project plans, manage budgets and schedules, and coordinate with vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality results. Requires 15+ years of experience and DHS/TSA clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 15+ years of commensurate experience or equivalent.
• Clearance required: US citizenship to attain DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Creates integrated project plans for contract deliverables and new products in development projects.
• Manages a project team comprised of a multidisciplinary staff.
• Reviews, manages and controls status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports.
• Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with team members and line managers.
• Generally reports to a Program Manager.
• Defines requirements and plans project lifecycle deployment.
• Supervises professional and technical support personnel performing in their regular disciplines.
• Schedules tasks and coordinates with various team members to accomplish the results.
• Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking, analysis and reporting.
