Job summary

GovCIO is hiring for a Regional Service Delivery Manager to support the TSA Focus contract. This position is fully remote within the United States and reports to a Program Manager.

The role requires leading a large IT support function for a broad user community and managing deliverables, budgets, and timelines across multidisciplinary teams. Required is a Bachelor’s degree with 15+ years of experience, US citizenship for DHS/TSA clearance, and a proven track record in large-scale agency IT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery.
• Experience leading user support for a large agency-wide IT contract serving 80K personnel.
• US citizenship is required to attain DHS/TSA clearance.

Responsibilities

• Create integrated project plans and manage a multidisciplinary project team.
• Review and control project status and budgets; manage schedules and status reports.
• Define requirements and plan lifecycle deployment from design to deployment.
• Supervise professionals and technical staff across disciplines.
• Coordinate tasks and vendor deliverables; ensure quality standards.
• Conduct project meetings and provide tracking, analysis and reporting.
