Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales strategies for the Atlanta, Nashville, and Knoxville markets. This remote US role requires up to 60% travel and regular engagement with independent agents, brokers, and distribution partners.

The candidate will analyze market trends, expand the agency network, and partner with underwriting and marketing to deliver tailored insurance solutions for small to mid-size commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years’ sales/marketing experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Identify key independent agents for ISC products.
• Train new agents and agency staff on ISC processes.
• Meet with agents and staff in offices regularly.
• Add agencies to your territory to drive growth.
• Drive new and renewal production from assigned agencies.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams.
