Job summary

Central Insurance is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to develop and manage a defined territory remotely from Tennessee. You will build and sustain agency relationships, drive premium growth, and meet project objectives across programs and classes of business.

You’ll use PowerBI and data insights to shape submissions, monitor performance, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with underwriting, claims, and home office teams. Travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of insurance sales/underwriting experience.
• Or 6 years of relevant insurance experience in sales and Commercial Underwriting.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the assigned territory and meet premium objectives.
• Build and maintain strong agency relationships.
• Drive sales pipeline using PowerBI Submission data.
• Provide training to agents on programs, products and systems.
• Collaborate with Agents, Underwriting, Claims, and Home Office teams.
