Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales strategies in the Atlanta area and work with independent agents, brokers, and partners. The role focuses on growing market share, strengthening client relationships, and aligning underwriting and profitability goals.

The position requires regular travel up to 60% and collaboration with underwriting, claims, and marketing teams to tailor solutions for small to mid-size commercial clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 4+ years’ sales/marketing experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in commercial insurance is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Responsabilités

• Identify key independent agents to utilize ISC products.
• Train new agents and agency employees on ISC products and processes.
• Meet with agents and staff in offices on a regular basis.
• Add agencies to drive growth within territory.
• Drive new and renewal production from assigned agencies.
• Partner with marketing, sales, and product development teams on initiatives.
• Assist in roll-out of new programs.
• Maintain producer marketing database (Salesforce).
• Facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations.
• Participate in industry trade shows to drive business.
• Travel up to 60% of the year.
