Integrated Specialty Coverages, LLC (ISC) seeks a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales strategies for Atlanta & Nashville metro areas, driving growth through independent agents. You will train agents, expand agency partnerships, and collaborate with underwriting and marketing to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

This is an individual contributor role with substantial travel. You will partner with marketing, product development and claims teams to meet profitability goals and increase market

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years’ sales and/or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Identify key independent agents to utilize ISC products.
• Train new agents and agency staff on ISC products and processes.
• Meet with agents at their offices regularly and expand territory.
