Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive new business across the Tennessee territory. This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel for meetings and business development, with a focus on Nurse Case Management, IME, UR, and Medical Bill Review services to carriers and employers.

You will manage the full sales cycle, grow an existing book of business, and build a robust pipeline through daily outreach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in medical management industries.
• Experience in investigative services preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2–3 client meetings per week, roughly half in person and half virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and partner with internal teams on client onboarding.
