Southern Trust Insurance Company is seeking a Territory Manager to develop and grow the business in SC and East TN. This remote-role requires weekly travel and occasional home office visits in Macon, Georgia.

The role focuses on agency management, development and retention, with responsibility for profitability and cost control in assigned agencies. You will work with independent agents, plan production strategies, and participate in company conferences and training.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty Insurance Marketing experience required (5+ years).
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.

Responsabilités

• Construct a detailed sales outline for the assigned territory and develop a comprehensive sales plan for independent agencies.
• Present to agencies that can produce profitable volume and fit Southern Trust’s agent profile.
• Review agencies for improvement or termination due to volume or profitability.
• Identify and train new agents/CSR’s on products and services.
• Coordinate agency events and appreciation activities.
• Be involved in face-to-face opportunities with agents and represent Southern Trust at conventions.
