Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, via Carlyle Sales Team, seeks a motivated Regional Sales Manager to grow Carlyle revenue across Eastern U.S. and Canada by developing trusted customer relationships and coordinating technical and commercial solutions.

The role is remote, preferable in the Eastern/Central Time Zone, with about 35% travel. You will collaborate with engineering, product management and customer service to pursue new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years HVAC, refrigeration, technical sales, application engineering, or account-management experience; or High School Diploma with 5+ years HVAC, refrigeration, technical sales, application engineering, or account-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow selected Eastern U.S. and Canadian customer accounts, serving as the primary commercial contact and developing account plans.
• Coordinate technical sales support with Application Engineering and Product Management, including compressor and accessory selection and technical presentations.
• Monitor orders, lead times, and customer commitments, escalating risks and coordinating recovery plans when required.
