You will navigate multi-stakeholder discussions with owners and regional operators, working with our inbound team to close substantial, multi-location HVAC groups.

The role emphasizes owning the full cycle on complex, high-value opportunities, expanding locations, and coordinating proposals with strategists for highest-impact deals.

Formación

• Proven track record closing $1M+ annually on large multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Experience selling to HVAC groups or multi-location buyers.
• Ability to manage long consultative sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Prefers closing over managing people.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to close on large HVAC multi-location deals (3–12 months).
• Engage with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to secure agreements.
• Expand accounts by adding locations and services after signing.
• Collaborate on proposals with strategists and leadership for key deals.
