Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Regional Sales Account Executive (Cox Fleet) to drive revenue growth through new business and strong relationships within a regional fleet market. The role is remote with Arizona residency preferred and heavy travel expectations across multiple markets.

You will manage complex sales cycles, deliver tailored proposals, and maintain a robust CRM-driven pipeline to forecast opportunity success. Base salary plus annual incentives enable substantial earnings potential.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree with 4 years of related experience (or alternate combinations listed).
• Valid driver’s license and a strong driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across multimarket and multistate territories.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business across your territory and maintain strong customer relationships from first conversation to handoff to account management.
• Achieve and exceed annual sales targets and fleet management solutions and related services.
• Lead complex sales cycles using consultative and Challenger-based approaches to close high-value deals.
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that clearly communicate value.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) with reliable forecasting.
• Own $5-10M in new business development and manage accounts until transition to the account management team.
