Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4 years of related experience, or equivalent mix.
• Valid driver's license with a strong driving record.
• Ability to travel extensively (up to 80%) across multimarket and multistate territories.
• Experience in trucking or fleet management sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business across your territory.
• Lead complex, consultative sales cycles to close high-value deals.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and reliable forecasting using CRM tools.
• Partner with fleet customers to understand needs and business objectives.
• Deliver tailored proposals and presentations that communicate value.
• Own 5–10M in new business development until transition to account management.
