Job summary

CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead 60–70 enterprise accounts, bringing our AI-native security platform to executive buyers and driving new business across the region.

You’ll close deals, negotiate agreements to exceed booking and revenue quotas, build relationships with CIOs and CSOs, and collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Support to win opportunities. Remote work within the U.S. is supported, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
• 1+ years of field sales experience with hunting into new accounts.
• Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives.
• Ability to explain complex tech concepts to diverse audiences.
• Experience with target account or solution selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities.
• Scope, negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quotas.
• Target and gain access to key decision makers in assigned territory.
• Establish relationships with CIO/CSO level stakeholders to drive sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Ops, SE, Services, and Product teams.
• Work with partners to leverage established accounts.
• Capture and manage prospect data in Salesforce.com.
