Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to manage 60–70 enterprise accounts across the region. You will bring CrowdStrike’s AI-native platform capabilities to clients, align offerings to customer needs, and drive partnerships to defeat adversaries.

The ideal candidate has executive-level contacts, is results-driven, and can work remotely with travel up to 50% as needed. You will collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, and Product teams to achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of understanding of Cybersecurity, Cloud and SaaS technologies.
• 1+ years of field sales with hunting into net new accounts.
• Significant experience developing relationships with senior executives.
• Ability to explain complex tech to varied audiences.
• Experience with target account selling or consultative sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute account strategy to close new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Negotiate and close agreements to exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
• Access and engage key decision makers in prospect accounts.
• Maintain relationships with CIO/CSO level stakeholders to drive sales strategy.
• Collaborate with Field Sales, Channel, Marketing, Sales Ops, SE, Services, and Product to drive engagement.
• Partner with others to leverage existing account presence.
• Capture and disseminate prospect information using Salesforce.com.
