Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure in the nephrology channel. You will collaborate with TAMs, CLs, and SAMs to grow within current users and win non-user accounts, deploying strategic plans and clinical education.

You will manage the sales pipeline, build relationships with physicians and administrators, and work cross-functionally to deliver customer-centric solutions. Travel up to 75% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in the healthcare industry.
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals, navigating multiple stakeholders in a total office call.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and adoption of AlloSure.
• Educate customers on therapeutic areas, testing platforms, and relevant clinical studies.
• Identify key stakeholders, build strong relationships and address customer needs.
• Forecast and manage sales pipeline, providing regular performance reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Operations to create customer-centric solutions.
