Job summary

CareDx, Inc. is seeking a Community Account Manager to drive adoption of AlloSure in the nephrology channel. You will work with the TAM, CAM, and SAM to grow business within current accounts and expand to non-user accounts, delivering patient-centric solutions.

Candidates should have 2+ years in healthcare sales/account management, knowledge of transplant/nephrology, and the ability to travel extensively. The role offers collaboration with clinical and commercial teams and a focus on strategic

Qualifications

• Science-based bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of 2 years sales or account management experience in healthcare
• Experience selling into physician-owned practices and hospitals, navigating multiple stakeholders in a total office call
• Clinical or sales experiences in Transplant, Nephrology, Molecular Diagnostics and Lab highly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with nephrology professionals
• Track record of developing effective account strategies that maximize outcomes
• Strong history of winning new business and exceeding quotas
• Strong written and oral communication & organizational skills
• Willingness to travel up to 75%+ within region including frequent day trips
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce.com and analytical tools

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning and executing account plans to drive growth and achieve targets
• Clinical and product knowledge for customer education on AlloSure testing and services
• Building strong customer relationships with key stakeholders
• Managing the sales pipeline and forecasting progress toward objectives
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop solutions addressing customer needs
