Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability for the Latin America and Caribbean markets. The role focuses on golf, turf, irrigation products, and distributor channel growth, reporting to the Vice President – International Division.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing annual business plans, and expanding market reach. Remote work is possible within the US, near major airports, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Must have advanced proficiency in Spanish, both oral and written.
• 10+ years of combined sales & marketing experience managing business plans and P&Ls with multiple channels.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Proven ability to develop subject matter expertise across product lines and competitive categories.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication for professional negotiations and presentations.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams to achieve goals.
• Strong data-based analytical skills to drive programs and promotions.
• Collaborative, results-driven team player with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per each business segment and monitor progress.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership to sales staff.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and projections for product groups.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments for growth.
• Coordinate field issue resolutions with Customer Care and provide technical sales support.
• Lead distributor development and training to improve sales performance.
• Develop market development plans for identified opportunities.
