The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive sales and profitability for Latin America and Caribbean markets. You will lead regional sales plans, manage distributor relationships, and coordinate cross-functional teams to grow turf and golf product segments.

Position requires advanced Spanish, 10+ years in sales/marketing, and willingness to travel ~50% across international markets. Remote work within the US is possible; reporting to the International Division.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or marketing; MBA preferred.
• Advanced Spanish proficiency (oral and written).
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience with multiple channels.
• Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
• Subject matter expertise across product lines and customer benefits.
• Strong written and verbal communication for complex negotiations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with analytical skills for programs and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans per business segment and coach sales staff.
• Lead and conduct mid-year and end-year reviews for team members.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales projections.
• Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
• Provide technical sales support for turf and golf markets.
• Coordinate field issue resolution with Customer Care.
• Develop distributor programs and train distributor sales teams.
• Drive market development and new product opportunities.
• Travel approximately 50% to meet customers and distributors.
