The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to lead sales and profitability for Latin America and Caribbean markets from the US. You will design and execute plans for Golf, Grounds, Irrigation, and parts, while managing distributor networks and cross-functional teams.

Requires 10+ years in sales/marketing with P&L experience, advanced Spanish, and a Bachelor’s (MBA preferred). Expect significant travel (about 50%) and remote work within the US or territory.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of sales and marketing experience across multiple distribution channels.
• Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written).
• Strong ability to develop and execute annual business and sales account plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilidades

• Develop sales plans per business segment with the Sales Team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and leadership; conduct mid-year and end-of-year reviews.
• Develop and execute annual business plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans across product groups.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop entry strategies.
• Lead distributor development and training programs; evaluate distributor performance.
• Travel approximately 50% to manage field activities and relationships.
