Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Regional Business Manager to drive annual sales and profitability for Latin America and the Caribbean. You will lead sales teams, coordinate distributor networks, and develop market strategies for golf, turf, and irrigation products in the region.

Required are 10+ years in sales/marketing, advanced Spanish, and strong leadership. Travel about 50% and remote work options available within the US or near major international airports.

Qualifications

Advanced proficiency in Spanish (oral and written)
10+ years of sales & marketing with multiple channels
Proven ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional sales plans for Latin America and Caribbean
Lead sales team coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews
Coordinate distributor development and training programs
Identify new market opportunities and business plans by product group
Collaborate with marketing, credit, and field teams to meet objectives
Travel approximately 50% to support markets and distributors
