- Ability to develop and execute annual business and sales plans.
- Strong leadership to manage sales staff and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales plans per business segment and drive profitability.
- Coach and mentor the sales staff and regional managers.
- Build and manage distributor relationships to grow market share.
- Travel approximately 50% to support field activities.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to align strategies.
