• Bachelor’s degree or 8 years sales experience in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Self-starter with ability to drive regional sales strategy.
• Adherence to safety protocols including PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional revenue, market share, and profit growth for East region.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans and incentives for reps.
• Coordinate with Senior Director of Sales and other leaders to hit targets.
• Forecast regional performance and manage reps and area managers.
• Engage in large project closures and convert key customers.
