Amrize is seeking an Elevate Regional Business Manager to drive revenue, market share and profit growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems across New England and nearby states. You will develop and execute regional sales plans, lead independent reps and regional managers, and partner with senior sales leaders to hit annual targets.

Expect substantial travel (51-60%), active collaboration with product management, marketing, and operations, and hands-on coaching of reps to elevate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years management or leadership experience.
• A motivated self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional business plans to drive share growth across target markets.
• Lead a team of independent sales reps and regional managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategy.
• Formulate regional sales plans with short- and long-term goals for each market.
