Job summary

Elevate is seeking an experienced Regional Business Manager to lead the East region's revenue growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems, a division under Amrize. You will develop strategic sales plans, incentives, and coordinate with independent reps to drive market share and profitability.

You will work with Regional Area Managers and senior leaders to implement initiatives, monitor channels, and ensure resources, training, and data support for sales success in target markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or 8 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 5 years of management or leadership experience.
• Experience in commercial roofing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the East region's revenue, market share and profit growth for Elevate Commercial Roofing Systems.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans, goals, and incentives for independent reps.
