Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT/Computer Science, Communications, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude; DC torque tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue growth and market expansion in the Midwest.
• Cultivate relationships with industrial customers and channel partners to deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage distributor relationships and maximize sales opportunities.
