Stanley Assembly Technologies, a leader in manufacturing solutions, seeks a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Midwest. You will collaborate with customers, channel partners, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions and exceptional experiences.

You’ll leverage your technical acumen and strategic mindset to expand market presence, manage partnerships, and deliver accurate sales forecasts. Travel up to 50% required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT/CS, Communications, or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• High mechanical and technical aptitude; DC torque tools.
• Strong project management skills and a self-starter attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow revenue and expand markets.
• Cultivate relationships with industrial customers and distributors.
• Provide technical guidance on product applications and engineered systems.
• Deliver sales forecasts and pipeline updates using Salesforce.
• Stay updated on Industry 4.0 trends and product innovations.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
