Job summary

Sedron Technologies is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to advance municipal capital projects from market identification through qualification in a remote Northeast US setting. Preferred locations include PA, NJ, NY, MA, or CT.

The role focuses on building executive relationships and translating market opportunities into durable business value. The BDM will partner with Project Development to align commercial and technical objectives, lead TEAs and business cases, and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, environmental science, finance or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in commercial development or capital project origination in wastewater/biosolids markets.
• Proficiency with CRM and opportunity-pipeline management tools, financial modeling and contract management systems.
• Demonstrated success negotiating complex commercial agreements and understanding project finance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial development strategies for Sedron's growth.
• Identify and develop opportunities across municipal markets.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers and partners.
• Lead commercial negotiations, LOIs, MOUs and contracts.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams across engineering, finance, operations and legal.
