Woodard & Curran seeks an experienced Regional Business Development Leader to drive public-sector growth across the Northeastern Region. You will lead a dispersed BD team, strengthen client relationships, and shape regional growth strategies across municipal water and environmental markets.

Travel up to 25% and remote work are supported. The role requires a proven track record in public-sector sales, strategic pursuits, and cross-functional leadership to align with the company’s goals and client

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 15+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, client management, or consulting services within the public-sector water, wastewater, environmental, or infrastructure markets.
• Demonstrated success leading business development teams and delivering growth results.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership, regional leadership, and Practice Leaders to develop and execute growth strategies across multiple markets and geographies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute regional business development plans that support growth in public-sector water and environmental markets.
• Lead the business development team in achieving bookings, revenue growth, profitability, and market-position goals.
• Prioritize investments and allocate resources to high-value opportunities and ensure use of BD tools and processes.
• Drive qualification, prioritization, and pursuit strategy discussions with capture planning.
• Cultivate relationships with municipalities, public agencies, industry organizations, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to align growth objectives and staffing.
