Job summary

Sedron Technologies is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to lead municipal opportunities in the Southeast U.S. with a remote/telework setup and Florida, Georgia, or South Carolina preferred.

You will establish executive-level relationships, drive commercial development, and lead TEA-based business cases in partnership with Finance and Project Development. Significant travel and strong negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years in commercial/business development or capital project origination in wastewater/biosolids markets.
• Proficiency with CRM and opportunity-pipeline tools, financial modeling, and contract management systems.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and funding decisions.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory disciplines.
• Strong understanding of municipal infrastructure development and project finance.
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have strong English communication; high school diploma is minimum for all positions.
• Willingness to travel ~75% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial development strategies for Sedron's long-term growth.
• Identify and develop opportunities across municipal markets and regions.
• Build executive-level relationships with customers, partners, utilities, municipalities, and regulators.
• Lead opportunity sourcing, qualification, and initial TEA/business case development with Finance.
• Negotiate LOIs, MOUs, and commercial contracts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Development to align commercial and technical objectives.
• Support leadership with investment recommendations and board presentations.
• Represent Sedron at industry events and manage the sales pipeline.
