Nova Association Management Partners is seeking a Regional Association Coordinator to support a portfolio of associations in the Portland area. The role offers options to base out of Bellevue, WA, Portland, OR, or work remotely.

Responsibilities include vendor management, compliance inspections, owner communications on violations, and coordination with Regional Property Managers. A non-exempt hourly position requiring strong organization and teamwork.

Qualificações

• 6-month association management industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service using verbal and written communication skills.
• Effectively deal with all personality types and situations while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Familiarity with governing documents, land use issues, plats, maps and conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Retain a working knowledge of governing documents.
• Research and comprehend government property law, plats, deeds, maps and other legal documents to conduct compliance site inspections.
• Correspond with owners regarding the violation process and architectural review process.
• Coordinate with Regional Property Managers on issues and contribute to solutions.
• Provide management support and direct support to Regional Association Managers.
• Prepare for meetings and handle miscellaneous administrative tasks.
• Coordinate property-specific vendor access and visits with vendors.
• Record communications with homeowners in management software and manage vendors in the system.
