Job summary

HOA Community Solutions, based in the Tri-Cities area of Washington, seeks an Associate Community Manager to support a portfolio of 11 associations. The role is remote with travel to communities and occasional evenings or weekends.

In this first-line service position, you will liaise with boards, run inspections, manage vendors, and help with budgets and governance processes for about 1,200 homes, with room to grow in a dynamic, home-based environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HOA, community association, or residential property management experience or 2+ years in a fast-paced, customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple associations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including reports for boards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners and provide clear, timely updates.
• Act as liaison to boards of directors; support policies, resolutions and board recruitment.
• Build relationships with developers/builders to aid communications and transitions
• Conduct scheduled drive-through compliance inspections and document violations.
• Source bids, secure vendors, and manage RFP processes for repairs and projects.
• Assist with annual association budgets and financial monitoring.
• Facilitate architectural/design review and approval processes.
• Plan and attend board and annual meetings, including some evenings/weekends.
