Job summary

Lone Pine Associates Inc is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi-family affordable housing properties. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and values humility, integrity, and teamwork.

This remote role covers Western Oregon and Western Washington with travel to sites and corporate office as required. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $95,000 per year DOE, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Licensed Property Manager preferred.
• Legal ability to work in the US.
• 4–6 years’ experience with multi-family housing (affordable housing preferred).

Responsibilities

• Communicate information between corporate staff, site staff, owners, investors and program agencies; coordinate inspections, audits, staffing and financial reporting.
• Manage occupancy and tenant relations including move-in/out, annual recertifications and lease enforcement.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor expenses to meet agency and lender targets; ensure HUD contract renewals follow guidelines.
