Job summary

HOA Community Solutions seeks an Associate Community Manager for a remote, home-based role serving the Tri-Cities, WA area. You will be the board's liaison for day-to-day operations across 11 associations (about 1,200 doors) with occasional travel to communities and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities include compliance inspections, vendor management, budgeting support, architectural review facilitation, and coordinating meetings, reports, and communications with homeowners and boards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of HOA, community association, or residential property management experience, or 2+ years in a fast-paced, multi-priority, customer-facing role.
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines across multiple associations at once.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including preparing reports and presenting to boards.
• Customer service skills, including the ability to defuse difficult situations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office.
• Residence in or near Kennewick, Pasco, or Richland, WA, with reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and proof of auto insurance.
• Dependable high-speed internet and a suitable home workspace.
• Availability for occasional evening and weekend meetings.

Responsibilities

• - Serve as primary point of contact for homeowners, providing clear, timely updates through resolution
• - Act as liaison to boards of directors: keep boards informed, carry out board policies and resolutions, and support board recruitment and training
• - Build and maintain working relationships with local developers and builders, supporting communication, issue resolution, and community transitions
• - Conduct scheduled drive-through compliance inspections, document violations, and coordinate notices and follow-up per each association's governing documents
• - Source bids, secure vendors, and manage the RFP process for association repairs and projects
• - Assist with preparing and monitoring annual association budgets
• - Facilitate the architectural and design review and approval process
• - Plan and attend board and annual meetings, including occasional evenings and weekends
