Job summary

The Management Trust is seeking a Community Association Manager to oversee operations, maintenance, and financial forecasting for designated HOAs in the Portland area. This in-office role offers one remote day after onboarding and reports to the Regional Manager.

You will lead boards, coordinate with support teams, inspect properties, review budgets, and ensure compliance with governing documents. A minimum of one year in community management and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Community Manager.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking.
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of assigned communities including various housing types.
• Coordinate with multiple support teams to meet deliverables on time.
• Communicate with Boards and owners, and support leadership planning.
• Oversee budget, invoices, and financial reports for boards.
• Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with governing documents.
