Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships, and network management across the East region. This remote role requires travel up to 25% and focuses on delivering high service levels and cost analysis.

You will drive cost containment, monitor performance metrics, and ensure contract compliance while coordinating with Mobile Integrated Health teams to expand community paramedicine services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous EMS industry experience.
• Minimum 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Ops, Dispatch Ops, Logistics (7+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors in the assigned region.
• Lead retention and recruitment of the existing network to ensure geographic coverage.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers.
• Evaluate performance and costs of ambulance providers and hold vendors accountable.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health teams to provide community paramedicine services.
