Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance recruiting, provider relationships, network management and cost analysis across the East region. The role requires strong leadership to ensure high provider satisfaction, contract adherence, and cost containment throughout the network.

Remote, with up to 25% travel. The incumbent will drive performance metrics, manage stakeholder expectations, and stay current on industry regulations while collaborating with the Mobile

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in EMS or Ambulance Operations, Dispatch Operations, Logistics or Transportation.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Full lifecycle recruitment of ambulance vendors within the assigned region and onboarding.
• Lead retention and recruitment to ensure comprehensive geographic coverage.
• Negotiate pricing and trip coverage with providers.
• Evaluate performance, cost, and customer service metrics for vendors.
• Monitor recruitment activity and progress toward goals; report on metrics.
