Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Pacific Northwest. This full-time, remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel for client meetings and business development.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. You’ll own the full sales cycle from initial contact to close, build tailored proposals, and maintain Salesforce CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in the medical management industry.
• Experience in investigative services preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and partner with internal teams on smooth client onboarding.
