Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen client partnerships and drive new business across the Pacific Northwest. This remote, field-based role requires travel up to 25% and focuses on Nurse Case Management, IME, UR, and Medical Bill Review for carriers, TPAs, and employers.

Ideal candidates live in the territory or near a major metro area, with 2–3 client meetings weekly and a track record in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales preferred, ideally in medical management.
• CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2-3 client meetings weekly, both in person and virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Create tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences & events and partner with internal teams on onboarding.

Our Sales Team is growing and seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen existing client partnerships and drive new business opportunities across the Pacific Northwest territory. You'll sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. This remote, field-based position requires up to 25% local and regional travel for client meetings and business development. Our ideal candidate resides within the assigned territory or, preferably, near a major metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Meetings: Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Account Growth: Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Business Development: Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Full Sales Cycle: Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Proposals and CRM: Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Industry Presence: Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and partner with internal teams on smooth client onboarding.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, ideally in the medical management industry (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• Previous experience in investigative services is preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, is preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS

This is a full-time, remote & field-based role. Up to 25% travel, including 2-3 overnight trips per quarter. Requires a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
