Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Ohio territory. This full-time, remote, field-based role involves up to 25% travel to client meetings and business development.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, UR, and Medical Bill Review to insurers, TPAs, and self-insured employers, building strong client partnerships. The ideal candidate has B2B sales experience, CRM/Salesforce proficiency, and a background in medical management or investigative services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• B2B sales experience preferred in medical management.
• Experience in investigative services preferred.
• CRM experience with Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2–3 client meetings per week, in person and virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
