Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen existing client partnerships and drive new business across the Northern California territory. You'll sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers.

This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% local travel for client meetings and business development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, ideally in the medical management industry (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Client Meetings: Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Account Growth: Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Business Development: Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Full Sales Cycle: Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Proposals and CRM: Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Industry Presence: Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and partner with internal teams on smooth client onboarding.
