Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager to strengthen existing client partnerships and drive new business across the Northern California territory. This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel for client meetings and business development.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers. Ideal candidates reside within the territory or near a major metro area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience is preferred, ideally in the medical management industry (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• Previous experience in investigative services is preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, about half in person and half virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and events, and partner with internal teams on smooth client onboarding.
