Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Mid-Atlantic region. This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel for client meetings and business development.

You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurers, TPAs, and self-insured employers and manage the full sales cycle. Ideal candidates have B2B sales experience and a background in investigative services, with Salesforce CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in the medical management industry.
• Previous experience in investigative services preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically with Salesforce, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2-3 client meetings per week, split between in-person and virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Create tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and events and collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.
