Job summary

Ethos Risk Services is seeking a full-time Regional Account Manager to strengthen existing client partnerships and drive new business across the Midwest. You will sell Nurse Case Management, IME, Utilization Review, and Medical Bill Review to insurance carriers, TPAs, and self-insured employers.

This remote, field-based role requires up to 25% travel for client meetings and business development. Ideal candidate resides within the territory or near a major metro area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Previous B2B sales experience preferred, ideally in medical management (case management, IME, UR, Bill Review).
• Previous experience in investigative services preferred.
• CRM experience, specifically Salesforce, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Run 2-3 client meetings per week, half in person and half virtual.
• Grow and retain an existing book of business.
• Build pipeline through daily outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Own deals from first conversation through negotiation and close.
• Build tailored proposals and keep Salesforce up to date.
• Represent Ethos at conferences and events; partner with internal teams on onboarding.
