• Develop direct customer relationships understanding their production needs and industry language.
• Use consultative sales techniques to uncover needs and formulate solutions.
• Accurately use CRM for all customer and sales data to ensure teamwork and transparency.
• Identify and qualify opportunities, understand account potential, competitors, and market position.
• Develop strategic account plans for target customers and opportunities.
• Continue professional development through training opportunities.
