Job summary

ADS, Inc. is seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover Air Force and Space Force opportunities within the Global Strike Command.

The role requires extensive travel (50–75%) across the Southwest region, building relationships with military and government customers and presenting procurement solutions. You will work with top DoD manufacturers, deliver quotes, manage the sales pipeline, and strive to exceed territory goals while delivering legendary customer service and cost-effective equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; equivalent military/DoD/First Responder experience may be substituted.
• 2-5 years sales experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and able to multitask across inside and outside sales.
• Able to budget own expenses cost-effectively.
• Able to use CRM systems and update relevant information.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills to analyze customer problems.
• Utterly committed to providing legendary customer service.
