Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician (also known as a Tech Wizard) to directly communicate with end users and field technicians, providing technical support over the phone and email to assist in repairs on warranty and non-warranty cold side foodservice equipment. After onboarding, you may pursue CFESA certifications.

A typical day includes delivering exceptional service, solving equipment issues, and documenting calls in the database.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Reliable high-speed internet and home setup.
• Proficient with MS Word & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and clearly explain equipment information.
• Provide technical support to end users and field technicians via phone or email.
• Diagnose issues using manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts listings.
• Log all customer call information in the company database.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to suggest engineering changes.
