Job summary

Parts Town is seeking an Inside Service Technician (Tech Wizard) to deliver technical support to end users and field technicians for warranty and non-warranty cold side foodservice equipment. After onboarding, you may pursue CFESA certifications as part of career growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in electric/gas appliance repair, refrigeration, or HVAC; relevant training/schooling acceptable.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Reliable internet connection at home and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and clearly communicate equipment information and troubleshooting steps.
• Offer technical support to end users and field technicians via phone and email (30+ cases per day).
• Use manuals, wiring diagrams, and parts lists to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Log all customer interactions in the database for future reference.
• Collaborate with manufacturers to recommend engineering changes and document failure rates.
